ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Analyst will be working with a dynamic Centre of Excellence team to implement RPA solutions in complex business environments.
You will be responsible for:
- Analyzing Business Cases and working on Optimization Processes
- Business Requirement Documentation
- Preparing Test Cases and Test Data
- Coordinating Production Deployments
You would be expected to develop knowledge on various business tools that implement several business processes. Eg.: NetSuite, Oracle, SalesForce, Freshworks, Zendesk, ServiceNow, SAP etc.,
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Any Graduate Program and
- A Post-graduate Degree in Business Management (Preferred Specialization – General Management, Operations, SCM, Finance, Consulting, Information Technology)
BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED
- Excellent Communication and Documentation skills
- Problem Solving and Logical Reasoning ability
- Good understanding of SDLC concepts
- Ability to liaison between teams and keep the progress on track
- Willingness to work in virtual teams and across the globe
- Self-starter with good people relationship management skills
- Good working knowledge of business processes such as AP, AR, Supply chain., etc.
