Consultancy Services for Contract Review and Negotiations

Evolving TecKnologies and Enterprise Development Company Limited (e TecK) is a special purpose state agency in Trinidad and Tobago under the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI). e TecK owns industrial parks, hotel assets and greenfield sites for future development.
 
We invite Consultants with experience in the Hospitality Industry to bid on providing consultancy services, which includes a review of current contract arrangements and to assist with contract negotiations with a major hotel brand.
 
Interested bidders can request and will receive the complete set of bidding documents via email only from 8:30 a.m. on Friday 21st February, 2020. All requests for bidding documents shall be forwarded to procurement@eteck.co.tt and must contain the following information:
 
a) Name of Company 
b) Requesting Representative Name and Position
c) Company Address
d) Company Phone Number
e) Contact Email Address
The deadline date and time by which requests for bidding documents can be made is Monday 16th March, 2020 at 3:00 p.m.
 

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend on Tuesday 17th March, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Flagship Complex, 9-15 e TecK Blvd, Tamana InTech Park, Wallerfield, Trinidad and Tobago. All bids arriving after 2:00 p.m. will be rejected.
